Making a space on the DoubleShot website to give back. Though I worked really hard and figured things out on my own for the most part, I learned so much about what I do from others. From reading books and websites, talking to peers, and hearing feedback from customers. Here will be a space to share little bits of what I have learned over two decades pursuing excellence in coffee.
Some of these things may just be a quick thing I learned and some will likely be more than you care to read. You may disagree, and that's ok. I may look back and disagree too. But these are things that have worked for me thus far.
