Refund policy

 

Coffee and other food items cannot be returned. All sales are final.

Returns of other items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact sales@doubleshotcoffee.com within 14 days of purchase. 

Product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging in order to qualify for a full refund. 

Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. This charge will be deducted from the amount of the original purchase that is refunded.

Any product that has been lightly used or removed from the original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Heavily used or damaged products are not eligible for returns.

Once the DoubleShot sales team has determined that your purchased product is eligible for return, they will send you a shipping label to be affixed to the box over the original label as it was received.

Item must be shipped within 10 days of receipt of the return shipping label in order to qualify for a refund. Customer is responsible for securely packaging the item in order to prevent damage in shipping.

Any refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item in question. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Items received in a condition other than that specified prior to shipping will be evaluated for acceptance and the customer will be notified of the discrepancy. The above qualifications will determine the level, if any, of the refund.

Exchanges 
If you received an item that is defective or damaged, email sales@doubleshotcoffee.com and we will evaluate the situation and do our best to get you a replacement as soon as possible. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
