This is the panela syrup we use at the DoubleShot. Over time, we reduced the amount of flavored syrups we were offering, and eventually whittled it down to vanilla and chocolate. Then we got rid of the vanilla and replaced it with this. Panela is a natural sugar made in Colombia straight from sugarcane. It is much more delicious than white sugar, and is probably better for you somehow. Our syrup is made in-house, and bottled in 750ml whiskey bottles saved from the landfill. Each bottle is unique and different. Again, I don't recommend putting sugar in DoubleShot Coffee. But if you must, use high quality Panela syrup. (I use this at home to make Old Fashioned cocktails.)

This is yeast. We use this particular yeast for the DoubleShot Bread Program. Now you can start your own bread program at home. Each packet contains 50 grams of active dry yeast.
