To me, washed coffees can get boring. Without the higher level of fermentation involved in honeys and naturals, many wet processed coffees end up lacking complexity. Nonetheless, this one makes up for it in character. Sweet, clean, and rich, it lays on my tongue with the assertiveness and confidence that comes from a life well-lived.
