  • This coffee has been one of my favorites since I first started roasting in 1998. And it’s the first coffee farm I ever visited, back in 2005. It’s a well-known coffee throughout the world, and for good reason. The standards for cultivation, harvesting, processing, and sorting are exceptional. Each day’s production must be approved by two of the best cuppers in the world. And then the coffee is hand-sorted to ensure there are no defects or inconsistencies. My years on the farm have garnered many friendships and a familiarity with the land, which makes the coffee even more special to me. This is, without question, the cleanest coffee I roast, and the smooth, sweet aromatics in the cup will dance on your palate and brighten your day.
