These are my personal favorite chocolate bars. De Olier chocolates are produced by my friend David De Olier in Salento, Quindio, Colombia with cacao from local farmers. This year I picked out two of his bars. One is a milk chocolate bar with passion fruit (maracuya), which was super popular last year at this time. The other one is a dark chocolate bar with sea salt, which is one of the most popular bars David sells in Salento.
The other bar is from a company called Beyond Good, which works directly with cacao farmers in Madagascar. Madagascar chocolate is my absolute favorite because it has a fruity character to it, much like naturals do in coffee. The two bars I chose from them are their standard 70% dark chocolate bar, and a microlot that is 72% dark chocolate with sea salt and cacao nibs. Both super tasty.
I suggest getting all four.
