I've used many different pourover setups, and even made my own, working on theories in my head that tell me coffee should be brewed a certain way. But it keeps coming back here. The Hario V60 is designed in such a way that I can use the flow of water through the bed of ground coffee to precisely control extraction. The symmetry, shape, and even the ridges make it easy to brew a great cup. And that's why this is the brewer I use each morning at home. It's a classic!
We now have the V60 available in several different styles. Glass cone with black, white, or red plastic base. We also have the stylish glass cone with olive wood base. And the matte black metal cone dripper. These are all size 02.
