The DoubleShot pastry kitchen has been known for their cookies for many years. With a classic like the monster cookie, which came out of my mom's recipe cards from when I was a kid: full of oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chips and m&m's. To the all-American chocolate chip cookie, which was in development for years in order to create a soft center with a thin, delicate shell. These are the cookies that have kept DoubleShot staff and customers pudgy in all the right ways. But hey, coffee increases your metabolism, so drink more coffee!
