These glass pourover units have been brewing coffee in style since 1941, and are displayed in the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Smithsonian. The Chemex brewer filters water through the bed of grounds much slower than the V60 pourover, so it's a brewing style that requires a bit of patience and a slightly coarser grind. The six cup brewer is great for 2-4 people and the three cup brews enough for 1-2. The paper filters are available here.
