Three choices when it comes to coffee servers. What's a coffee server, you ask? It's sort of like that round glass coffee pot that sits on the burner cooking the decaf at the local diner, only this one is made for pourovers, not burners. The 600ml olive wood server matches the olive wood V60. The 600ml Pegasus server fits in our Launchpad, and is the one I'm using at home. If you're a BIG coffee drinker (or brewing coffee for the family), you're going to want the 1000ml server. For the price, why would you not have one? With gradient lines showing the volume in milliliters, and "cup" markings that delineate 120ml each (which is 10g of coffee per "cup" if you're using the DoubleShot 1:12 ratio), these servers are one part science and one part fashion.
