  • Finca Hartmann is known for naturals and honey coffees, Geshas and Pacamaras that are ethereal and unusual. But a large part of their crop is Caturra, and washed. This harvest season brought much more rain than usual and the Hartmann family excelled at wet-processing coffees. We always go down to Panama looking for special lots that exemplify varieties and post-harvest processing methods. And this is exactly what we are looking for in a washed Caturra. Cultivated on the Hartmann farm called Palo Verde, the coffee developed a sweetness and straightforward, tightly- wrapped aromatic profile that is exactly what you need in a daily drinker. This is the foundation of exceptional coffee.
