Escalada Dark Chocolate Bar

Third in our series of four chocolate bars, the Escalada Bar features our Hartmann Escalada coffee - a natural Gesha variety packing all the heft that the name implies. The bar is 88% dark Maracaibo Grand Cru chocolate infused with the Escalada coffee. Different in taste and color from the Maduro Bar and Caminata Bar, the Venezuelan Maracaibo is actually lighter in color than the Campanento bar, in spite of packing 20 percent more cacao punch. While it's certainly a dark star, there's a citrus note to it that lifts the palate out of any bleak catacomb. Glacier has done it again!
