Native Pecan Mix

This stuff is addictive. When we started making orange juice, we had all these orange peels leftover, so we started making candied orange peel, which is tasty but you can only eat so much of it. Then I bought a bunch of pecans from a local farm, Miller Pecan Co. So we decided to make this snack mix with spiced native pecans, our candied orange peel, and dried cranberries.
